Our one- and two-bedroom apartment homes are well-designed, helping meet the needs of seniors aging well in their homes. All bathrooms include handrails for safety and an emergency call system is available if needed. Kitchens include modern refrigerators and microwave ovens.

Community Features

Both of our communities are conveniently located near shopping centers that offer a wide range of shopping opportunities including retail, pharmacies, banks, and discount stores. Hospitals and other medical centers are also located short distances away. Our communities also offer transportation services at no charge to help our residents access all their needs in the surrounding neighborhoods.

We take pride in our beautifully designed and landscaped properties, and both feature planned events, activities, and three meals daily created by our executive chef. Most features and activities are made available at a single all-inclusive rate.

Silver Sky at Deer Springs hosts numerous gatherings, outings, tournaments, and parties throughout the year.

We offer a hair salon/barber shop on-site (small fee) for personal grooming and pampering needs. Games and puzzles are popular pastimes in our designated rooms. We also provide wonderful spaces for pinochle tournaments, bridge, poker, BINGO, billiards, chess and checkers, as well as video games and personalized computer instruction. For residents who enjoy quieter forms of relaxation, both communities also feature library rooms with book exchange programs.
